The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.26/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 69 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant were in relationship, which is apparent from the FIR itself. He further submits that both the petitioner and informant are major and they are living in relationship. He then submits that the FIR has been lodged on 31.07.2025, whereas, the relationship was established since the year 2021. He next submits that false allegations are made against the petitioner and what has happened, that was consensual in nature. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that on the pretext of marriage, the relationship was established. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the relationship was established since 2021 itself, whereas, the FIR has been lodged on ( 2025:JHHC:31076 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 5847 of 2025 31.07.2025 and the informant is aged about 34 years and the petitioner is aged about 30 years. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.26/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 8th October, 2025 Ajay/
