The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer :- “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and set- aside the First Information Report registered against the applicants in Crime No. 141/19 registered at Police Station Kusmunda, District Korba (Annexure A/1), in the interest of Justice.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the charges have been framed against the present petitioners by the learned trial Court, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition to which learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take appropriate recourse to law, if cause of action arises in future. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection. 3 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed. 5. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner/ State after obtaining the photocopy of the same.
