It is submitted that the petitioner has filed O.S.No.308 of 2020 and O.S.No.522 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bheemunipatnam, Visakhapatnam District. It is further submitted that both the suits are decreed in her favour. / It is also submitted that the petitioner’s representation for extending police protection to ensure compliance with the orders passed by competent Civil Court are not considered by the 4*'" respondent. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the State submits that the petitioner had approached the 4‘^ respondent with a request to protect her site and Crime No.301 of 2016 of Bheemunipatnam Police Station was registered by the police. It is further submitted that as a crime has already registered, there is no scope to register any fresh crime in this regard. 4. Considering the submissions, there petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation to the 4’ respondent and on receipt of such representation, the 4*^ respondent shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the orders of the competent Civil Court are implemented in letter and spirit. subject to any further orders from the appellate Courts. 3 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. Sd/- K.
