GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.25454 of 2025 ORDER: In the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is questioning the correctness of the answer key with respect to Question Ids – 3922663111, 3922663280, 3922663191, 3922663161 and 3922663257 bearing Question Nos.31, 200, 111, 81 and 177 respectively, which was issued pursuant to Notification No.1/Mega-DSC-TRC-1/2025, dated 20.04.2025. 2. The Petitioner contends that the academic literature of these questions is contrary to the answer key provided by the Respondents. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Higher Education would submit that the answer key was issued after consultation with experts and no interference is called for. 4. Considering the submissions made, the present Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions: a) The Petitioner shall submit a representation to the Respondents enclosing the supporting academic literature to Question Ids – 3922663111, 3922663280, 3922663191, 4 3922663161 and 3922663257 bearing Question Nos.31, 200, 111, 81 and 177 respectively. b) Upon receipt of the said representation, the Respondents shall examine it along with the enclosed academic literature, consider its feasibility, and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. c) There shall be no order as to costs.
