Petitioner has made a representation to District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar on 26.12.2024. 4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought a direction to the concerned Authority to take decision on his representation. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection, if prayer made by petitioner is granted. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing District Magistrate, Udham Singh Nagar to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 26.12.2024, one way or the other, within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
