Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0255 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 352 of BNS, 2023, Police Station Saraikhwaja, Distinct Jaunpur. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for issuance of suitable direction for fair and impartial investigation. 4. Ms. Divya Ojha, learned AGA-I states that in compliance of the order dated 04.04.2025, the investigating officer Sri Akhilesh Kumar Yadav (PNO No.172380203), Sub-Inspector, Police Station Saraikhwaja, District Jaunpur is present before the Court today. She has also apprised the Court that the investigation is going on and the same would be concluded fairly and impartially and expeditiously, in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of directing that the investigation be concluded by the Investigating Officer under the supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur fairly, impartially and expeditiously. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the Competent Authority/Investigating Officer to act in accordance with law. (Anil Kumar-X,J.)
