Heard Mr. Mohit Prakash, learned counsel for the appellants and learned Spl.P.P. appearing for the State.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 01.09.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi in connection with B.P. No. 1142 of 2025 and B.P. No. 1143 of 2025 arising out of A.H.T.U. P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025, whereby and where under the prayer for bail of the appellants has been rejected.
3. It has been alleged that on a search conducted in Dhanbad- Alleppy Express, the appellants were apprehended and four boys who were being taken for the purpose of human trafficking were recovered.
4. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the appellants that they are in custody since 27.07.2025. It has further been submitted that two of the recovered boys are the nephew of the appellants.
5. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellants.

Regard being had to the fact that the victims have been recovered prior to they being taken to the State of Tamil Nadu and the period of custody undergone by the appellants, we while setting aside the order dated 01.09.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Commissioner, Ranchi in connection with B.P. No. 1142 of 2025 and B.P. No.1143 of 2025 arising out of A.H.T.U. P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025, direct the appellants to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.
7. Accordingly, this appeal stands allowed and disposed of.
