This application under Section - 528 BNSS has been preferred against order dated 30.10.2024, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Firozabad in Misc. Case (Maintenance) No. 1205 of 2020 (Smt. Nighat Vs. Nazir Husain), under Section - 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Ramgarh, District - Firozabad. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that prayer made above is not being pressed and that the Family Court concerned may be directed to enable the applicant to deposit the arrears of maintenance in reasonable installments. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant moves an application before the Family Court concerned within a period of two weeks from today with prayer to pay the arrears of maintenance in installments, the Family Court concerned shall consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
