ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for;

order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the high handed action of the Official Respondents in Interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 8th Respondent is illegal, arbitrary against the principles of Natural Justice, Violative of Article 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents not to interfere in the civil disputes and to pass such...” Heard Sri S.Appadhara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 02. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police have been interfering in purely civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. It is alleged that the petitioner is being frequently called to the police station and pressurized to settle the matter, though the dispute is civil in nature. 03. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that in compliance with the orders passed by this Court in CrI.P. No.2255 of 2025, no further proceedings have been undertaken in Crime No.32 of 2025 on the file of Denduluru Police Station.
