Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, would submit that 90% of the Gratuity, and leave encashment have been disbursed to the petitioner on 04.08.2025, and the amount with respect to GPF along with service record of the petitioner has been sent to respondent-5, which is in process, and within 45 days, amount of GPF would be disbursed to the Digitally signed by V PADMAVATHI Date: 2025.08.08 17:46:29 +0530 Wps 7298 of 2025 2 petitioner, through petitioner’s bank account. Therefore, this petition may be disposed of. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that in view of the submissions made by the respondents, the present writ petition may be disposed of reserving liberty to petitioner to repeat his prayer, if occasion so arises. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, and also in view of the fact that 90% of the Gratuity, and leave encashment have been disbursed to the petitioner on 04.08.2025, and disbursement of GPF is also in process, as submitted by learned counsel for respondent-5 and within 45 days from today, amount of GPF would also be disbursed to the petitioner, present writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to repeat the prayer if occasion so arises. 4.
