Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent Police and perused the materials available on record. 3. F.I.R is not an encyclopaedia and it sets the law in motion. The investigation only reveals the commission of offence and the truth of the case. On a reading of F.I.R, it is found that the petitioners have been arrayed as A1 and A3 and there are prima facie allegations available as against the petitioners.
