Sandhawalia, Chief Justice(Oral) The execution of the order passed in CWP No.19 of 2021 titled Trilok Chand versus State of H.P. and another, decided on 12.01.2023 has been sought in the petition. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Counsel for the State has placed on record a communication dated 15.11.2025 issued by the Superintending Engineer, HPPWD, Shimla, whereby it has been conveyed that benefit of work charge status was given to the petitioner w.e.f. 1.1.2003 and he has also been regularized w.e.f. 29.1.2007 under the Government Regularization Policy dated 9.6.2006. 3. Office order dated 5.7.2025 issued by the Executive Engineer, NH Division, HP.PWD, Theog would go on to show that pay fixation has also been done of the employees, who retired on 31.8.2024. 4. In such circumstances, we are of the considered view that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of accordingly, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s) if any.
