Chauhan, Senior Advocate with Ms. Kamakshi Tarlokta, Advocate for applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(c) and respondent No.2. CMP No.23356 of 2025 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed by the applicants/respondents No.1(a) to 1(c), namely, Banita Jamalta, Mohit Jamalta and Harsh Jamalta, for release of balance award amount alongwith up-to-date interest in their favour, as per their shares, as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. The application is duly supported with the affidavits of all the applicants. No reply to the application is intended to be filed on behalf of the non-applicant/appellant and learned counsel for the non-applicant/appellant stated that since the main appeal stands finally decided on 07.08.2025 by this Court and as no appeal has been preferred against the said judgment by either of the parties, the same has attained finality, he has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which are duly supported with the affidavits of all the applicants coupled with the fact that the judgment passed by this Court has attained finality, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the entire balance amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest, as lying deposited in the Registry of this Court in favour of applicants/respondents, namely, Banita Jamalta, Mohit Jamalta and Harsh Jamalta, strictly as per their respective shares, after proper verification and identification, by remitting the same to their bank accounts, details whereof have been mentioned in para-5 of the application.
