This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents in restoring the service and benefits attached to the office on the representation of the applicant dated 03.08.2017 and further representation dated 02.06.2018 after quashment of Rc.No.1876/C1/2015 dated 20.04.2015 in O.A.no.2191/2015 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of CCCA Rules and consequently direct the respondents to regulate the break for the period from 01.03.2015 to 25.04.2015. 2. The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner submitted representations dated 03.08.2017 and 02.06.2018 for regularization of his services during the break period from 26.04.2015 to 11.09.2015 for consequential actions thereof. After submission of representations by the petitioners, the respondents neither considered the representations nor passed any other orders/proceedings. Hence the writ petition. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Services-I placed on record proceedings Rc.No.312/C1/2025 dated 23.06.2025 issued by Respondent No.3/the Regional Director of Medical and Health 4 NV,J W.P(AT) No.1955 of 2021 Services, Kadapa, wherein it is stated that the office has regularized the services of Sri A. Nagarjuna, Cardiology Technician, GGH, Kurnool District w.e.f 13.02.2015 and he is also deemed to have been completed the probation period satisfactorily on the A.N of 12.02.2017 A.N in the Category of cardiology Technician. Vide ref. 7th cited the Superintendent, GGH, Kurnool has forwarded the proposals for the sanction of Special Grade Promotion (06) years service in the category of Cardiology Technician has been sanctioned w.e.f 14.02.2021. 4. On perusal of the proceedings dated 23.06.2025, it is observed that the grievance of the petitioner was already redressed, as such, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition. 5. In view of reasons mentioned above, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 6.
