The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Naudiha Bazar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 310(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Ms. Samirah Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Plamau at Daltonganj. On 02.08.2024 at about 10.00 pm, dacoity was committed in the house of the informant by 8 to 10 dacoits. The accused persons looted jewellery worth Rs.4 lakhs, Rs.60,000/- in cash and other valuable articles. It was submitted that the petitioners are neither named in the FIR nor they were put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Samirah Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Plamau at Daltonganj or his successor, in connection with Naudiha Bazar P.S.
