Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, learned APP submitted before this Court the photocopy of report of Officer-in-charge, Sundar Pahari P.S., District- Godda and submitted that sole appellant namely, Panchanan Tuddu, aged about 24 years, s/o Bhibu Tuddu, R/o Bhalka, under Sundar Pahari P.S., District-Godda is no more. 3. The above said report is taken on record which reveals that appellant namely, Panchanan Tuddu, aged about 24 years, s/o Bhibu Tuddu, R/o Bhalka, under Sundar Pahari P.S., District-Godda has died on 19.11.2022 and photocopy of the said death report is also annexed with the report dated 11.03.2025 of Officer-in-charge, Sundar Pahari P.S., District- Godda. 4.
