No.2 in considering my Mee-Seva application No.TTAO12500129188, dated 08-04-2025 through which I has requested to delete the land in an extent of Ac.4.41 Cents in Sy.No.83 and Ac.0.36 Cents in Sy.No.82/2 of Akkamgundla Village fields, Avadutha Kasina3dna Mandal, YSR District from the 22-A list ie., from the prohibitory property list since the same was assigned in my favor under EX- Service Men category on 25-12-2010, even after lapse of 15 years as illegal, arbitrary, abdication of statutory duty caste on him, apart from being fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles

14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to delete the land in an extent of land in an extent of Ac.4.41 Cents in Sy.No.83 and Ac.0.36 Cents in Sy.No.82/2 of Akkamgundla Village fields, Avadutha Kasina3dna Mandal, YSR District from the 22-A list ie., from the prohibitary property list.

ORDER:
Shorn of all unnecessary facts in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, it is the specific case of the petitioner that the land in an extent of Acs.4.41 cents in Sy.No.83 and Ac.0.36 cents in Sy.No.82/2 of Akkamgundla Village fields, Avadutha Kasinayina Mandal, YSR District was assigned in favour of the petitioner under Ex- Service Men category and from the date of assignment, the petitioner is in peaceful possession and enjoyment over the subject land and the revenue records are also mutated in favour of the petitioner and pattadar passbook and title deed are also issued in his favour. While so, the subject land was included in the prohibitory property list under Section 22-A of the Registration Act and then the petitioner was constrained to submit Mee-Seva application No.TTA012500129188 dated 08.04.2025 to the respondent No.2 requesting to delete the subject land from the prohibitory lands list. As the same is considered by the respondent authorities, the present Writ Petition came to be filed.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents has submitted that appropriate action will be taken on the Mee-Seva application submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.

Considering the submissions of both the counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the concerned authorities to consider the Mee-Seva application dated 08.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner for deleting petitioner’s land from the prohibitory property list by issuing notice to all concerned/interested

persons, and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
