PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This criminal petition has been filed under Section 483 (1) (b) of the BharatiyaNagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking for modification of the order dated 28-08-2025 in Criminal M.P.No. 2527 of 2025 in Crime No. 12 of 2025 of Siler Police Station, on the file of the Court of learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge – cum – Special Judge for trial of Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam (for short, 'the trial Court'). 2. The learned trial Court, by order dated 28-08-2025 in Criminal M.P.No. 2527 of 2023, enlarged the petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 2 on bail subject to their executing a personal bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each.The present criminal petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the condition as the petitioners are unable to comply with the condition. The petitioners are native of Telangana State. They have been in judicial custody for the past 74 days. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on 28-08-2025 in Criminal M.P.No. 2527 of 2025 is relaxed. The petitioners-accused Nos. 1 and 2 shall be released on bail on their executing each a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Chintapalli.
