01. Petitioners have initiated the contempt proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of judgment/order dated 06.02.2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WP(C) No. 1913/2021. The writ petition was disposed of in the following manner:- ‘Be that as it may, this writ petition is accordingly
disposed of with the direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the reference pending before him, if not already decided, strictly under rules within a period of four weeks from the date copy of the order along with complete paper book is served on him.’

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance to order dated 06.02.2023, the respondents have considered the reference case of the petitioner by passing the order dated 10.12.2024 and the claim of the petitioner was rejected being devoid of merits. Sr. No. 21

03. In view of the above, order dated 06.02.2023 stands complied, as such, nothing survives for consideration in this contempt petition. Accordingly, proceedings in this contempt petition are closed. However, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the consideration order, if cause survives.
