Since no orders are passed on the earlier representation. Petitioner made another 27.12.2024 and the same is also pending for consideration. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has placed on record the written instructions issued by respondent No.2. The relevant reads as under: representation dated paragraphs It is further respectfully submitted that the petitioner, Sri Dadi Venkata Satyanarayana Gangaraju, is at liberty to file a representation before the concerned Station House Officer in the jurisdiction where he intends to conduct the skill events. However, he merely sent a representation to the Unit Officer of Anakapalli District, seeking permission to conduct skill events without mentioning reference of prior 3 permission for hording an event at specific location from concerned Revenue Authorities. It is further respectfully submitted that necessary instructions have already been issued to all Station House Officers of this Unit to that the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Arnaravathi as per Writ Petition No. 11081 of 2011 are followed. It is further respectfully submitted that the orders and directions previously issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Arnaravathi in Writ Petition No. 11081 of 2011, filed by the petitioner Sri Dadi Venkata Satyanarayana Gangaraju, and Writ Petition No. 1250 of 2019, filed by Sri Palla Venkatesh, will be strictly adhered to and followed scrupulously. ensure 5.
