GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 25311 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in interfering with the civil dispute relating to the petitioners agricultural lands in Gadivemula Mandal, Kurnool District, at the behest of the unofficial respondents, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and Consequently direct the respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute or harass the petitioner in any manner at the instance of the unofficial respondents and pass such….” 2. Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, brought to the notice of this Court that six (6) Crimes are registered against the petitioner and rowdy sheet is also opened against him, regarding which, the petitioner was called to the police station. But the police never harassed the petitioner and involved in any civil disputes. 3. Sri S.V.Ruthvik, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due process of law regarding the crimes registered against the petitioner.
