Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner which he has filed on 07.04.2025 seeking promotion to the post of Assistant Director/Principal, Physical Education.

Learned counsel for the State does not have any objection if such a direction is given to the respondent No.2 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated time period.

2 respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, prevailing rules and circulars of the State Govt. on its own merit after verifying the service records of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to respondent No.2 within two weeks from today.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
