The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Khunti (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 07/2025, for the offences registered under Section 69 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Later on, he refused of marry her. 4. It appears that parties were in relationship since year, 2021. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
