Whereas Ms. P. Akila Naidu, learned Assistant Public prosecutor submitted that the criminal revision case has become infructuous, in view of the fact that F.C.O.P.No.1531 of 2012 itself was dismissed as compromised on 14.06.2014 as seen from the e-Court status information. 2. Perused the e-Court case status information, wherein it is evident that F.C.O.P.No.1531 of 2012 was disposed of as compromised in between the 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.R.C.No.1698 of 2013 Dated 07.04.2025 parties. In view of the fact that the F.C.O.P.No.1531 of 2012 itself was disposed of by the learned Trial Court, nothing remains in this criminal revision case for further adjudication. Therefore, this criminal revision case can be disposed of as compromised in between the parties. 3. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised.
