The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.288 of 2025 arising out of Thakurgaon P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 26/35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C.-VII, Ranchi. It was submitted that petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused Vikash Ganjhu, who was apprehended at the spot. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-VII, Ranchi, in connection with S.T.
