This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 24.12.2024 passed by Naib Tehsildar, Saidpur, Ghazipur/Respondent no.3 order dated 27.03.2021 passed by Tehsildar, Saidpur, no.2 No.1 (Annexure petition). and the Ghazipur/respondent to this writ 2. issue a writ, order or nature of direction in the directing mandamus the respondent nos. 4 and 5 not to interfere MISSIONith the petitioner's right to his father's property and to maintain status 2 until the validity of the alleged will dated 26.12.2020 is properly adjudicated by a competent civil court." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under the relevant provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, as available to him, under the law.
