The petitioner, who is working as Panchayat Secretary has been transferred from Gram Panchayat, Mochh to Gram Panchayat Kapasiyakala, vide transfer order dated 16.06.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has already made representation to respondent No.2, but the same has not been considered till date. Therefore, respondent No.2 may be directed to decide pending representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time- frame. 3. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order within a week from today before respondent No.2. 5.
