By way of this petition, the petitioners have sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That this Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropirate writ, order, or direction directing the expeditious disposal of Civil Suit No. 76A/2019 pending before the Court of Ld. First Civil Judge Senior Division, Mungeli, District Mungeli, Chhattisgarh within a fixed time frame as deemed appropriate by this Hon’ble Court; 10.2 That any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also be granged in favor of the petitioner safeguarding their interest.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the limited grievance of the petitioners is that the Civil Suit No. 76A/2019 3 filed by the plaintiffs/petitioners is pending consideration since 04.02.2019. Thus, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the concerned Court to conclude the proceeding of Civil Suit No. 76A/2019 within a stipulated time. 3. Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Singh, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Court i.e. First Civil Judge Senior Division, Mungeli, District Mungeli, Chhattisgarh to make all endeavours to conclude the proceedings of pending Civil Suit No. 76A/2019 expeditiously. 4.
