Learned counsel for the State has placed on record communication dated 02.12.2025, which would go on to show that work-charge status has been granted to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.01.2002 and also the re-fixation of the revised pay-scale has done by the Executive Engineer, B&R Division, HPPWD, Solan, on 06.11.2025. 2. Accordingly, the Office of Accountant General, is impleaded as party respondent, who shall now figure as respondent No. 5. Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 5. 3. Accordingly, the family pension be granted to Smt. Pan Kala alias Man Kala, stated to be wife of the deceased employee- Ram Singh, as has already been noticed by us on 07.10.2025 that the legal heirs of deceased employee-Ram Singh have been brought on record by the family of the deceased employee. 4. Needful be done by the Office of the Accountant General within a period of two months from today. 5. Since the execution petition has already been disposed of, the proceedings of the same are closed.
