(Oral) Petitioner herein, who at present is working as driver at HRTC Unit Solan, is aggrieved on account of his not being relieved despite there being order dated 3.12.2025, whereby he has been ordered to be transferred from HRTC Unit Solan to HRTC Unit Dharamshala. 2. While putting in appearance on behalf of respondents, Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel, on instructions, states that petitioner would be relieved from Solan Unit today itself, enabling him to join at Dharamshala Unit. 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that by - 2 - 5:00PM today, petitioner is relieved from Solan Unit so that he joins at the transferred station forthwith.
