Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.03.2025, the first contemnor Mr.M.Prathap, District Collector, Thiruvallur District, Thiruvallur, 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CONT P No. 710 of 2025 has appeared before this Court and submitted that the work of laying road in the subject property has been stopped. Further, he submitted that, for the purpose of removing the mud, machineries were engaged for 30-40 minutes. He admits that the order of this Court has been violated and he undertakes that, it will not repeat in future. He also undertakes that, he will obey the orders passed by this Court. 3. Recording the said submissions made by the District Collector, this Contempt Petition is closed.
