This application under Section - 528 BNSS has been preferred for quashing of the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 4355 of 2017 (Yogesh Kumar Vs. Smt. Yogeshwari @ Anjana Verma and Others), under Sections - 494, 109 I.P.C., Police Station - Matt, District - Mathura, pending before the Court of Additional Civil Judge (S.D.)/F.T.C., Mathura. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer made above is not being pressed and that the Trial Court concerned may be directed to decide the discharge application dated 01.01.2020 moved by the applicant, expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of aforesaid, the Trial Court concerned is directed to consider and decide the above referred discharge application moved by the applicant expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order before the Trial court concerned, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
