The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: “Issue a writ in a capture of mandamus directing the respondents to issue fresh visa or renew the Visa to the Petitioner for his passport considering representation given to the Respondents by the petitioner, as per Annexure-G. Direct the Respondents No.4 and 5 to permit the petitioner to appear for the examination, back log subjects and also final year with Registration No.12P9439, in the ensuing examination which is scheduled to commence during December 2019 and permit to continue and complete the course B.Pharma Degree. To grant such other relief as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.” 2. None appears for the petitioner today also. 3. Sri.Aditya Singh, learned CGC appearing for respondents submits that after filing of the above petition, the petitioner had filed one more petition in W.P. No.11952/2024 by changing his name, represented by his Power of Attorney. A Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.04.2024 dismissed the said writ petition and as such, he - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:23778 WP No. 7696 of 2020 submits that all the issues raised in the present matter having been considered in the subsequent petition, the present petition does not make out any ground and seeks dismissal of the above petition. 4. On the basis of the submissions made by Sri.Aditya Singh, learned CGC, and on account of there being no appearance for the petitioner before this Court, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the above petition.
