Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) at Government Senior Secondary School Bosari, Education Block, Chohara, Chirgaon, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Her grievance is that the place, where she is presently serving, falls under sub cadre area, in terms of applicable Transfer Policy. On completion of normal tenure at the aforesaid station, she preferred a representation dated -2- 26.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) seeking transfer to soft area of her preference. However, the said representation has not been decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law and applicable Transfer Policy, within a period of three weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
