Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner is arrayed as A.2 in Crime No.609 of 2021 of Gannavaram Police Station, Krishna District. This Court vide Order dated 25.10.2024 in Crl.P.No.7367 of 2022 quashed the proceedings against the Petitioner therein, who is arrayed as A.3 in the very same crime. Learned counsel placed on record the Memo filed by respondent No.2/de facto Complainant which shows that respondent No.2 is no more interested to prosecute the case against the Petitioner/A.2 and the same was informed to the S.H.O.Gannavaram Police Station. Learned prays to quash the proceedings against the Petitioner/A.2 herein. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent /State and learned counsel for respondent No.2 would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions and in view of the Memo filed by respondent No.2, it is apposite to quash the Proceedings against the Petitioner/A.2. 6. In the result, this Criminal Petition is allowed.
