Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 231 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 318(2), 318(3), 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum- Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. 3. The informant and other persons at the instance of Raja Ram Tarak invested about Rs. 4,65,24,820/- in a Company, namely, Trade Expo. Later on, the accused persons, who are Directors and other Office-bearers of the Company, did not return any amount to the victims. 4. It was submitted that two criminal cases were instituted for the same offence, one at Chhattisgarh and another at Ranchi, Jharkhand. It was further submitted that only allegation against the petitioner is that in meeting of office holders of the Company and the investors, the petitioner had asked the investors to invest money in the Company. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has been granted bail by Chhattisgarh High Court in the case, which was instituted at Chhattisgarh. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi, in connection with Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 231 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
