GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 25664/2025 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondents in not considering the case of the Petitioner for rectification of pay anomaly on par with similarly placed employees in the SERP on the representation of the Petitioner particularly in the light of the Letter dated 28.02.2024 of the Respondent No.5 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioner was appointed as Livelihood Associate in the Respondent No.5 organization and now he is now working as District Project Manager since 2011. The Petitioner seeks for release of three increments and rectification of pay anomaly at par with the persons similarly situated. Though the information was sought for by the Respondent No.5 on 28.02.2024 vide Letter No.35/SERP/HR/Rep/2024, no further action has been taken thereof. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that similar relief was given to the individuals who were similarly situated. 4. Sri M. Hari Babu, learned Standing Counsel, would submit that the representations of the Petitioner would be examined soon 3 and appropriate orders will be passed. 5. Having heard the respective counsel, the Respondent No.5 is directed to consider the representations of the Petitioner dated 07.02.2024 and 21.05.2025 for grant of three increments and rectification of pay anomaly within a period of two months from today. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
