The present criminal revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “It is therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN Digitally signed by AKHILESH KUMAR DEWANGAN 2 Court may kindly be pleased to allow this revision and may further be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 04.07.2022 (Annexure A/1) passed by Special Judge (Atrocities), Raigarh, Distt.-Raigarh (C.G.) in Special Criminal case under the Atrocities Act No. 18/2022 arising out of Crime No. 70/2022 registered by the police station Dharamjaygarh, District Raigarh (C.G.) whereby the charges U/s 315,376 (2)(n) of Indian Panel Code and 3 (2) (V) ST/SC Act have been framed against the applicant, in interest of justice and discharge the applicant.” 4. In view of the communication made by the trial Court concerned regarding disposal of Special Criminal Case under the Atrocities Act No.18/2022, it seems that the criminal case has been disposed of and as such, the matter has become infructuous. 5.
