The present criminal misc. petition has been filed by the complainant-petitioner with the prayer for issuance of direction to respondent authority to make fair and impartial investigation of the F.I.R. No.240/2024, registered with the Police Station, Kishangarh Bas, District Khairthal-Tijara and to transfer the same to CID-CB. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that he has received the status report with regard to investigation of the matter from the concerned Police Station and as per the status report, the Police has completed the investigation and has come to conclusion that the dispute as agitated in the present matter, is of civil nature. In view of the facts stated by learned Public Prosecutor, no further directions are required to be issued to the respondent authority at this stage. 4.
