With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 3. Petitioner is aged 63 years. He is stated to have retired as Class-IV employee on 31.12.2022. Yes. 2 this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to pay him pension as per notification dated 04.05.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case of the petitioner is covered under judgment rendered in Reshmo Devi Versus State of H.P. & Ors.2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be content in case he is permitted to file a fresh representation to the respondent/Competent Authority for redressal of his grievances and the respondents/Competent Authority is directed to decide the same within a time bound schedule. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to this prayer. 4. Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed by permitting the petitioner to file fresh representation within two weeks, which shall be decided by the respondents /Competent Authority within six weeks from the date of receipt of the same, in accordance with law and also keeping in view the aforesaid judgment. The 2 CWP No.11004 of 2025, decided alongwith connected matters on 10.07.2025 3 decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioner.
