The applicant has the remedy to approach the opposite party itself for execution of its order dated 8.5.2023 and on failure of the opposite party to execute its order, the applicant may take other legal remedy available to him in law. It is not a case to institute proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The contempt application is dismissed.
