The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has paid the cost as per the order dated 29.01.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner is absent both in the morning session and afternoon session. On the previous date of hearing on 29.01.2025 also the
learned counsel for the revision petitioner was absent and this Court observed that this matter is of the year 2018 and matter is called twice in the morning and at 2.55 p.m. and there is no representation by both the counsel for the revision petitioner as well as the counsel for the respondent. If the learned counsel for the revision petitioner does not appear on the next date of hearing, the revision petition will be dismissed.

3. Inspite of the said order, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner is not pursuing the matter diligently. Hence, there are no grounds to adjourn the matter again. The criminal revision petition is dismissed.
