The present petition has been filed predominantly on the ground that opposite party No. 4 to 8 are plying the vehicle allegedly in violation of the permit granted to them by the transport authority. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the representation made by the petitioner dated 16th July, 2025 which is already pending before the authority. Authority shall be considered and decided expeditiously. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner on the same states that he does not want to pursue the present petition without prejudice to the contention being raised in the petition. 4. In the circumstances let the representation dated 16th July, 2025 be considered and decided preferably within six weeks after giving parties an opportunity of being heard. 5. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the authority concerned within two weeks of the decision. 6. In view of the discussion made above this petition is disposed of. 7.
