The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 31.10.2018 as well as further proceedings of Case No.556 of 2019 (State Vs. Santosh Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.564 of 2018, under Section 447 IPC and Section 3 Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1984, Police Station- Jamunapar, District Mathura, pending in the court of A.C.J.M.-IV, Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for applicant has submitted that the impugned proceeding has already been concluded by discharging the applicant from the offence in question by order dated 03.01.2025 by Additional Civil Judge (S.D.)/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Mathura, therefore, he does not want to press this application and wants to withdraw the same. 4.
