Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far as the petitioner No.1-Dr. Mahesh Kumar Sharma and petitioner No.4-Dr. Shravan Kumar Yadav are concerned, the case is covered by the decision passed on 04.09.2025 in DB Civil Contempt Petition No.330/2024 (Dr. Ramavtar Sharma) and other connected mat- ters. 2. In view of this submissions, this contempt petition qua peti- tioners No.1 and 4 is disposed of in terms of the order passed in case of Dr. Ramavtar Sharma (supra). 3. The next contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the case of the petitioner No.2-Dr. Narbada Shankar Joshi, petitioner No.3-Dr. Nanu Ram Jat, petitioner No.5-Sanjay Kumar [2025:RJ-JP:37047-DB] (3 of 3) [CCP-1110/2024] Sharma, petitioner No.6-Dr. Babulal Yadav, petitioner No.7-Dr. Shambhu Dayal Sharma, petitioner No.8-Dr. Gori Shankar Sharma and petitioner No.9-Dr. Ashok Kumar Sharma deserves to be dis- posed of in terms of the order passed in D.B. Civil Contempt Peti- tion No.11/2025 and other connected matters. Submission is that since the petitioner voluntarily had not joined the service, this Court in identical cases has dismissed the contempt petition. 4. The contempt petition qua petitioner Nos.2, 3 and 5 to 9 is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 04.09.2025 passed in D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No.11/2025.
