Whatever the action might have been taken prior to the representations was not in fact challenged in the present petition, but the prayer was limited to the extent of deciding his representations. We dispose of the petition by giving directions to respondent No.2 to decide the representations dated 01.08.2016 and 01.12.2016, within a period of four weeks from today and communicate the same to the petitioner.
