ORAL ORDER
This petition is being listed for 8th time for compliance of office objections.
2. Inspite of granting sufficient time, office objections are not complied. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also not present. Even on the last occasion, when the matter was listed on 03.02.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner.
3. On 20.01.2025, when the mater was listed, the
learned counsel for petitioner was absent. As a last chance, a week's time was granted to comply office objections and again on 03.02.2025, one more opportunity was given to comply office objections and to argue the case.
4. It appears that petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Petition is dismissed.
