Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the grievance of the petitioners is that the respondent authorities issued a letter dated -nil-, in to their representation dated 16.08.2025 which was received by the petitioners on 22.08.2025 refusing to give permission to the petitioners to express their protest and making demonstrations against the policies such as doing hunger strikes in temporary tents peacefully and peaceful procession with placards. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that on 29.08.2025, regarding the same issue, the petitioners again approached the Dy. Superintendent of Police, Vizianagaram for permission. Upon that, the Dy. Superintendent of Police issued permission to the petitioners on 02.09.2025 by giving permission to them to conduct protests at Raithu Bharosa Kendram at Moola Boddavara Village of S.Kota Mandal, but the petitioners did not conduct any protest or procession in the said area. He would further submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions, since the permission to conduct the protest was already granted on the earlier occasion and the petitioners could not conduct the same, it is apposite to dispose of the present petition permitting the petitioners to organize peaceful protest along with 30-40 farmers at open place beside Raithu Bharosa Kendram, Ammapalem Village of S.Kota Mandal on 24.09.2025 from 10.00 am to 04.00 pm without disrupting public peace and tranquility.
