This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2 to decide the Appeal No. 294 of 2016 as computerized case C2016020000294 (Sadho Ram and others Versus Saheb Lal and others) under section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 read with section 210 of U.P. Land Revenue Act within a stipulated period as this Hon'ble court may fix in the interest of justice." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is opposite party in the above-mentioned appeal which is pending consideration since 2016 and the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned appeal is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
