Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jugsalai P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 32 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 21, 22, 27(a), 28, 29 and 30 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Jamshedpur. 3. On 27.02.2025 at about 03:05 pm, Jugsalai Police, on the basis of confidential information, apprehended several co-accused persons from Parwati ghat near Kharkai river. On search, 1.43 grams of brown sugar were recovered from the joint possession of the co-accused persons. 4. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the FIR, but he was not apprehended at the spot and his name has come in the confession of co-accused. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Jamshedpur, in connection with Jugsalai P.S.
